Licensed Professional Counselor
IFS Practitioner

Finding the right therapist can be challenging. I hope this page can give you an idea of my personality, professional experience, and approach to therapy to hopefully help you gauge whether I could be a good fit for you.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Austin, TX. I have a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from St. Edward’s University. I have obtained post-graduate training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), IPNB (Interpersonal Neurobiology), Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), Sandtray Therapy and Coherence Therapy.

I may be a good fit for someone who is interested in doing more in-depth experiential work. Many of my clients have connected with me after hitting a wall with traditional talk therapy. I’m experiential and integrative in my approach and adapt therapy to meet individual needs. I consider myself to be a curious and empathetic person who enjoys getting to know clients on a deep level. I strive to maintain an authentic and safe presence, while providing kind and intentional feedback aimed at challenging clients to live more authentic and fulfilling lives.

I specialize in working with clients who have experienced complex trauma, attachment wounds and complicated grief/loss. Other areas of focus include stress-management, life transitions, non-traditional family and romantic relationships, sexuality/ gender exploration, complex family dynamics, LGBTQ+ Issues and ADHD/Neurodivergence. My aim is to help clients embrace parts of themselves that are often misunderstood or kept hidden away.
